En ce qui concerne la mise en oeuvre critique de la politique gouvernementale, il y a en fait un groupe au sein du Cabinet qui travaille actuellement avec des organisations non gouvernementales pour voir comment ces dernières pourraient créer un partenariat avec le gouvernement pour mettre en oeuvre la politique gouvernementale ou examiner la politique gouvernementale avant qu'elle soit mise en place, de façon à en assurer l'efficacité.

Calls on the EU institutions to adopt in an interinstitutional agreement binding guidelines concerning the appointment of civil society representatives, methods for organising consultations and their funding, in accordance with the general principles and minimum standards for consultation of interested parties ; points out that, to this end, all EU institutions should maintain up-to-date registers of all relevant non-governmental organisations, whether they are active in the Member States and/or focused on the EU institutions;
