La Commission invite les États membres à intensifier leurs efforts dans ces domaines essentiels pour une efficacité accrue de l'utilisation des Fonds structurels, conformément aux dispositions des nouveaux règlements d'application et tout particulièrement en ce qui concerne les systèmes informatisés de gestion (afin d'éviter également des retards dans les paiements intermédiaires).
The Commission invites the Member States to step up their efforts in these areas of vital importance for effective use of the Structural Funds, in line with the new implementing regulations and particularly the computerised management systems (also to help avoid delays in interim payments).

2. 2. Member States shall require that, where the organisational or administrative arrangements made by the management company for the management of conflicts of interest are not sufficient to ensure, with reasonable confidence, that risks of damage to the interests of UCITS or of its unit-holders will be prevented, the senior management or other competent internal body of the management company is promptly informed in order for them to take any necessary decision to ensure that in any case the management company acts in the best interests of the UCITS and of its unit-holders.
