Dans ces circonstances, la CEPT a décidé lors de sa réunion les 20 et 21 février 1990 d'abolir la Recommandation précitée étant donné qu'elle n'avait plus de réelle signification si les clauses que la Commission avait identifiées comme anti-concurrentielles et non-susceptibles d'exemption étaient éliminées.
In these circumstances, the CEPT decided at its meeting of 20-21 February 1990 to abolish the Recommendation, since it had no real significance if it was deprived of the provisions the Commission identified as anti- competitive and not qualifying for an exemption.
