La Commission note avec satisfaction que, par rapport a un projet de texte precedent sur lequel les autorites francaises l'avaient consulte, certaines modifications ont ete apporteesa la loi sur la privatisation des entreprises du secteur public adoptee par le Parlement francais le 31 juillet.
The Commission has noted with satisfaction that certain changes have been made to the privatisation law adopted by the French Parliament on 31 July, as compared with an earlier draft on which it was invited by the French authorities to express an opinion.
