Competent authorities should have the option not to publish sanctions where anonymous or delayed publication is considered insufficient to ensure that the stability of financial markets are not be jeopardised.

4. Les autorités nationales compétentes notifient à la Commission les médicaments non soumis à prescription pour lesquels elles estiment qu’il existe un risque de falsification et peuvent informer la Commission des médicaments qu’elles estiment n’être pas concernés par ce risque, conformément aux critères énoncés au paragraphe 2, point b), du présent article.
4. The national competent authorities shall notify the Commission of non-prescription medicinal products which they judge to be at risk of falsification and may inform the Commission of medicinal products which they deem not to be at risk according to the criteria set out in point (b) of paragraph 2 of this Article.
