TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

30. se félicite de la décision adoptée le 11 janvier 2011 par le conseil d'administration concernant les conditions et modalités des enquêtes internes en matière de lutte contre la fraude, la corruption et toute activité illégale préjudiciable aux intérêts de l'Union; souligne que cette décision reflète fidèlement le texte de la décision modèle annexée à l'accord interinstitutionnel du 25 mai 1999, et vaut adhésion de l'Autorité à cet accord;
30. Welcomes the Decision of the Management Board, adopted on 11 January 2011, concerning the terms and conditions for internal investigations in relation to the prevention of fraud, corruption and illegal activity detrimental to the Union's interests; stresses that this Decision follows closely the text of the model decision annexed to the Interinstitutional Agreement of 25 May 1999, and represents the accession of the Authority to that agreement;

46. engage la Commission à rester fidèle à son engagement vis-à-vis de la procédure de comitologie, à communiquer toutes les mesures de comitologie en temps utile et à ne pas excéder "les compétences d'exécution prévues dans l'acte de base"; presse la Commission de réexaminer l'accord interinstitutionnel relatif à la comitologie et à respecter pleinement les pouvoirs de co-législateur du Parlement européen;
46. Calls on the Commission to hold firm in its commitment to the comitology procedure, to forward all comitology measures in time and not 'to exceed the implementing powers provided for in the basic instruments'; urges the Commission to review the interinstitutional agreement on comitology and to fully respect the co-legislative powers of the European Parliament;

L. considérant que si le pouvoir législatif communautaire n'élabore pas une législation de bonne qualité, la compréhension et l'application correctes du droit communautaire peuvent être entravées, et qu'il sera dès lors très important de respecter fidèlement l'accord interinstitutionnel du 16 décembre 2003 "Mieux légiférer" , et d'en assurer le suivi au travers des futurs rapports annuels,
L. whereas failure by the Community legislature to produce legislation of good quality can itself be detrimental to the correct understanding and application of Community law, hence faithful observance of the inter institutional agreement of 16 December 2003 on Better law-making will be of great importance and should be tracked in future annual reports,
