Avant de passer aux initiatives parlementaires, je veux rappeler à la Chambre que, hier, le Président a fait une déclaration dans laquelle il rappelait à la Chambre que toutes les initiatives parlementaires venant de la Chambre des communes qui étaient inscrites au Feuilleton au cours de la session précédente sont réinscrites au Feuilleton et sont réputées avoir été examinées et approuvées à toutes les étapes franchies avant la prorogation.
Before we begin private members' business today, I would like to remind the House that yesterday the Speaker made a statement in which he reminded the House that all items of private members' business originating in the House of Commons that were listed on the order paper during the previous session are reinstated to the order paper and shall be deemed to have been considered and approved at all stages completed at the time of prorogation of the first session.
