IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

Sur demande, cette action pilote fournira un soutien ciblé d'experts de la Commission, ainsi que des actions d'assistance technique soutenues par le Fonds européen de développement régional (FEDER), afin de faciliter l'utilisation combinée des instruments existants de l'UE, dans le but d'accélérer l'adoption des innovations, de supprimer les obstacles à l'investissement et de faciliter la requalification et la préparation aux mutations industrielles et sociétales.
This pilot action will provide on-demand support from Commission experts as well as technical assistance actions supported by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), in order to facilitate the combined use of existing EU instruments with the aim to accelerate innovation uptake, remove investment barriers, facilitate reskilling and prepare for industrial and societal change.

La Commission organise également des séminaires et des ateliers spécifiques ou, le cas échéant, d'autres types d'activités au moins tous les deux ans afin de faciliter les échanges d'expériences, de connaissances et de meilleures pratiques sur la conception, la préparation et la mise en œuvre de projets intégrés ainsi que sur l'efficacité de l'assistance fournie au travers des projets d'assistance technique.
The Commission shall also organise specific seminars, workshops or, where appropriate, other types of activities at least every two years to facilitate exchanges of experience, knowledge and best practices as regards the design, preparation and implementation of integrated projects as well as on the effectiveness of the assistance provided through technical assistance projects.

EUR 1 134 million to finance the Investment Facility in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in Annex II (Terms and conditions of financing) to this Agreement, comprising an additional contribution to EUR 500 million to the resources of the Investment Facility, managed as a revolving fund, and EUR 634 million under the form of grants for the financing of the interest rate subsidies and project-related technical assistance provided for in Articles 1, 2 and 4 of that Annex over the period of the 11th EDF.

In particular, and with a view to enabling those countries to implement the Convention, technical assistance shall be promoted by means of the provision of technical information concerning chemicals, the promotion of the exchange of experts, support for the establishment or maintenance of designated national authorities and the provision of technical expertise for the identification of hazardous pesticide formulations and for the preparation of notifications to the Secretariat.

Action 4: Assistance techniqueL'assistance technique servira à : faciliter la recherche de partenaires et la consolidation de partenariats pour la coopération transnationale (action 1) ; recueillir, publier et diffuser l'expérience acquise et les résultats obtenus, y compris les rapports annuels des PDD (action 2) ; soutenir la mise en réseau thématique, les activités de diffusion et la mise en place de mécanismes ayant un impact politique fort (action 3) ; assurer une coopération à la mise en réseau au niveau européen et le partage de toutes les informations pertinentes avec les autres États membres et la Commission.L'assistance technique soutient également le suivi, l'audit et l'évaluation des actions tant au sein des États membres qu'à l'échelle européenne.Dotée d'un maximum de 8 % de la contribution du FSE à chaque Programme d'Initiative Communautaire, l'assistance technique est assurée par des structures choisies dans la transparence au niveau national.
Action 4: technical assistance.Technical assistance will be designed to: make it easier to find partners and to consolidate partnerships for transnational cooperation (Action 1), collect, publish and disseminate experience and results, including annual development partnership reports (Action 2), support thematic networking, dissemination and setting up of mechanisms with a strong political impact (Action 3), and ensure cooperation in networking at European level and sharing of all relevant information with other Member States and the Commission.Technical assistance will also support monitoring, auditing and assessment of activities both within the Member States and at European level.Such assistance, which will account for a maximum of 8 % of the ESF's contribution to each Community initiative programme, will be provided by structures selected in a transparent process at national level.

Au niveau sous-régional, la coopération communautaire se concentre sur l'appui à l'intégration régionale et comporte notamment un projet d'«harmonisation des normes et réglementations techniques et des procédures d'évaluation de la conformité» visant à faciliter la libre circulation des marchandises entre les pays membres du Mercosur et entre le Mercosur et l'Union européenne, un programme d'assistance technique liée au commerce à l'appui du processus de création du marché commun andin et un programme en faveur de l'intégration de l'Amérique centrale ayant pour objectif spécifique d'accroître la capacité du Système d'intégration de l'Amérique centrale (SICA) et de la société civile à renforcer et approfondir le processus d'intégration et de coopération.
At sub-regional level EU cooperation has focused on providing support for regional integration. This includes a project for "Harmonisation of Technical Standards, Technical Regulations and Conformity Assessment Procedures", aimed at facilitating the free circulation of goods between Mercosur member countries, and between Mercosur and the European Union; a trade- related technical assistance programme to support the process of the creation the Common Andean Market; and a programme supporting the Central American integration whose specific objective is to increase the capacity of the Central American Integration System (SICA) and of civil society to strengthen and deepen the process of integration and co-operation.
