Ce travail, à la base du rapport d'avancement sur l'eEurope élaboré par la présidence française pour le Conseil européen de Nice, a été consolidé dans le rapport d'étalonnage qui a fait suite à la communication "Stratégies pour l'emploi dans la société de l'information".
