Suite à la lecture d'une partie des témoignages rendus et des discussions tenues dans l'autre endroit sur une période très longue, et suite aux témoignages que nous avons entendus, plus particulièrement celui non pas d'un expert en environnement mais d'un linguiste, j'en suis venu à la conclusion que l'ajout de cet amendement, survenu à la toute fin du processus, c'est-à-dire la référence aux coûts, dénature l'attendu dans lequel il est inclu.
Having read part of the testimony and discussions held in the other place over a very long period and having heard the witnesses ourselves, more particularly the testimony of a linguist, and not an environmental expert, I have come to the conclusion that adding this amendment, which comes at the very end of the process, in other words the reference to costs, alters the substance of the paragraph in which it is included.
