(17) In the event that a claimant has already obtained a judgment or other enforceable title on the substance, and in order to ensure a swift enforcement of the account preservation order, this Regulation should provide that the transmission of the order from the issuing court to the bank is effected by means of direct service as set out in Regulation (EC) No 1393/2007 on the service of judicial and extrajudicial documents in the Member States.
