31. se déclare satisfait de la ratification de l'accord par le Parlement géorgien le 18 juillet 2014, laquelle a entraîné l'application provisoire de l'accord à partir du 1 septembre 2014;

1. Welcomes the signing of the remaining provisions of the AA, including the DCFTA, and is convinced that it will be a driving force for political and economic reform, bringing about modernisation, strengthening the rule of law and stimulating economic growth; expresses its support for Ukraine in proceeding with the provisional application of the Agreement; declares that the European Parliament will complete its procedure for the ratification of the Agreement as soon as possible; calls on the Member States and Ukraine to ratify it swiftly with a view to its full implementation as soon as possible; stresses that the AA/ DCFTA is in no way connected to NATO integration;

Cela n'empêche pas le Parlement de déclarer à tout moment de la procédure, par voie de déclaration politique sous forme de recommandations adoptées en vertu de l'article 90, paragraphe 4, tel que modifié par l'amendement 1, que l'application provisoire n'est pas pertinente étant donné qu'il n'est pas certain que le Parlement donne son approbation ou qu'il est même probable qu'il rejette l'accord.
This does not hinder Parliament to declare at any stage of the procedure by way of a political statement in form of recommendations adopted under Rule 90(4) as amended by amendment 1, that the provisional application is inopportune because Parliament's consent is uncertain or the rejection of the agreement even likely.
