Le formulaire de notification figurant dans le présent acte d'exécution devrait être utilisé aux fins de fournir une description du schéma aux autres États membres, afin de permettre un examen par les pairs, tel que prévu à l'article 10, paragraphe 2, de la décision d'exécution (UE) 2015/296.
The notification form set out in this implementing act should be used in the context of providing a description of the scheme to other Member States, in order to enable peer review as set out in Article 10(2) of Implementing Decision (EU) 2015/296.

In order to focus the animal health control measures provided for in Implementing Decision 2014/709/ EU and to prevent the further spread of African swine fever, as well as to prevent any unnecessary disturbance to trade within the Union and to avoid unjustified barriers to trade by third countries, the Union list of areas subject to the animal health control measures set out in the Annex to that Implementing Decision should be amended to take into account the changes in the current epidemiological situation as regards that disease in Latvia and Poland.

Therefore the executing authority should be entitled to refuse the execution of an EIO if its execution would be contrary to that principle.

In the context of cooperation among the authorities involved in ensuring the protection of the protected person, the competent authority of the executing State should communicate to the competent authority of the issuing State any breach of the measures adopted in the executing State with a view to executing the European protection order.
