IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

L'accord interinstitutionnel: cet accord, adopté conformément à l’article 295 du traité sur le fonctionnement de l’Union européenne (TFUE), a pour objet de mettre en œuvre une discipline budgétaire et d’améliorer le déroulement de la procédure budgétaire annuelle et de la coopération interinstitutionnelle dans le domaine budgétaire ainsi que d’assurer une bonne gestion financière.
Inter-institutional Agreement (IIA): The purpose of the agreement, adopted in accordance with Article 295 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU), is to implement budgetary discipline and improve the functioning of the annual budgetary procedure and cooperation between the institutions on budgetary matters as well as to ensure sound financial management.

L'avis de la Commission sur le projet de plan budgétaire devrait être adopté dans les meilleurs délais et en tout état de cause au plus tard fin novembre, en tenant compte dans toute la mesure possible du calendrier budgétaire et des procédures parlementaires propres au pays considéré, afin de garantir que les orientations formulées par l'Union dans le domaine budgétaire puissent être dûment prises en compte dans la préparation du budget national.
The Commission's opinion on the draft budgetary plan should be adopted as soon as possible and in any event by the end of November, taking into account, to the extent possible, the specific national fiscal schedule and parliamentary procedures, in order to ensure that Union's policy guidance in the budgetary area can be appropriately integrated in the national budgetary preparations.

The Council approved a "Statement on the DAS" which is reproduced in Annex II.
