Il ressort ainsi de la chronologie des faits que le délai d’un mois dont disposait l’EPSO pour communiquer à la requérante, en réponse à son courriel du 14 mai 2009, copie de son épreuve b), ainsi que la fiche d’évaluation individuelle avec la notation du jury, a expiré le 14 juin 2009, sans qu’aucun document n’ait été transmis à la requérante.
It is therefore clear from the sequence of events that the period of one month which EPSO had in order to send the applicant, in reply to her e-mail of 14 May 2009, a copy of her test (b) and the personal evaluation sheet showing the marking by the selection board, expired on 14 June 2009, without any document having been sent to the applicant.
