Pour ce motif, les deux députés non inscrits et les trois ou quatre autres collègues présents dans l'hémicycle perdent leur vote sur le terrorisme, sur le mandat d'arrêt européen parce qu'ils ont choisi d'être ici. Pour moi, ce choix est cohérent avec le choix du Conseil de ne pas être présent, cohérent avec la méthode législative de l'Union européenne.
Therefore, the two Non-attached Members and the other three or four Members who are in the Chamber are missing the vote on terrorism and the European arrest warrant because of this decision which, I feel, ties in with the Council’s decision not to be present during this debate and is typical of the way the European Union legislates.
