Au vu de l'évaluation des justifications soumises par cet État membre, il convient de radier les Länder de Saxe, de Saxe-Anhalt, de Brandebourg, de Berlin et de Mecklembourg-Poméranie-antérieure de l'annexe I de la décision 2004/558/CE, de les faire figurer à l'annexe II de ladite décision et d'étendre à ceux-ci l'application des garanties complémentaires établies conformément à l'article 10 de la directive 64/432/CEE.
Following the evaluation of the supporting documentation submitted by that Member State, the Federal States of Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Brandenburg, Berlin and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania in Germany should no longer be listed in Annex I to Decision 2004/558/EC, but instead be listed in Annex II thereto and the application of the additional guarantees in accordance with Article 10 of Directive 64/432/EEC should be extended to them.
