Conducting policy on individual and group equipment (hardware and software) or enterprise equipment (software), which comprises: technical support (updating hardware, troubleshooting, repairs), administrative support (deciding on hardware and software orders, overseeing deliveries, decommissioning), logistical support (purchases, deliveries, installation, storage, removals, managing the inventory, decommissioning), management of all enterprise software (corporate licences).

3. Dans le cas de dépenses effectuées au titre de l’article 35, paragraphe 1, points a), d) et e), du règlement (UE) no 1303/2013 et de l’article 35, paragraphe 1, points b) et c), dudit règlement, lorsque le groupe d’action locale est lui-même bénéficiaire du soutien, des contrôles administratifs sont réalisés par des personnes indépendantes du groupe concerné.
3. In respect of expenditure incurred under Article 35(1)(a), (d) and (e) of Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 and Article 35(1)(b) and (c) of that Regulation where the local action group itself is the beneficiary of the support, administrative checks shall be carried out by persons independent of the local action group concerned.
