À la suite d'un arrêté du 27 septembre 1991, le Crédit Mutuel a dû progressivement transférer les ressources collectées grâce au livret bleu à la CDC qui, en contrepartie, rémunérait le Crédit Mutuel par une commission d'intermédiation (fixée initialement à 1,3% de l'encours affecté en compte à la CDC et abaissée à 1,1% le 1er novembre 2005).
Following the Government Order of 27 September 1991, Crédit Mutuel gradually had to transfer the funds collected through the Livret bleu accounts to the CDC, which, in return, paid Crédit Mutuel a commission (initially set at 1.3% of the outstanding amounts concerned on CDC's books, subsequently cut to 1.1% on 1 November 2005).
