TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

10. fait observer que pour accroître le potentiel d'innovation des régions européennes, une coordination et une synergie entre les politiques de cohésion, de recherche et d'innovation et leurs différents instruments sont nécessaires aux niveaux régional, national et de l'Union en vue de garantir leur efficacité; souligne dès lors la nécessité de rechercher des instruments pour lever les obstacles à ces synergies, abaisser les barrières entre les programmes et étudier les possibilités de poursuivre la simplification, en harmonisant notamment les règles relatives à la mise en œuvre de ces instruments, ainsi que les règles d'audit et d'éligibilité des coûts y afférentes; considère qu'il est nécessaire de poursuivre la simplification des procédures d'utilisation des fonds de l'Union européenne afin de garantir leur flexibilité et de réduire la charge administrative pour les chercheurs et les innovateurs, afin que ceux-ci puissent consacrer plus de temps à leurs activités;
10. Stresses that in order to raise the innovation potential of Europe’s regions, coordination and synergy between cohesion, research and innovation policies and their various instruments should be implemented at regional, national and EU level with a view to ensuring their effectiveness; emphasises the need in this context to seek instruments to eliminate obstacles to such synergies, to lower barriers between programmes and to explore possibilities of further simplification, in particular by harmonising the rules governing the implementation of these policy instruments, their audit and the eligibility of costs; believes it is necessary to continue simplifying the procedures for utilising EU funds, with a view to ensuring their flexibility and reducing red tape for researchers and innovators, thus allowing them to devote more time to their actual work;

Un régime harmonisé pour la notification de la détention de pourcentages importants de droits de vote, en ce qui concerne notamment l’agrégation des actions détenues avec les instruments financiers détenus, devrait améliorer la sécurité juridique, renforcer la transparence et réduire la charge administrative pesant sur les investisseurs transfrontaliers.
A harmonised regime for notification of major holdings of voting rights, especially regarding the aggregation of holdings of shares with holdings of financial instruments, should improve legal certainty, enhance transparency and reduce the administrative burden for cross-border investors.

5. est d'avis que les différents instruments de l'Union européenne pour la cohésion, la recherche et l'innovation devraient être mis en œuvre de façon intégrée dans un souci d'efficacité; souligne dès lors la nécessité de rechercher des synergies entre ces instruments et de lever les obstacles à ces synergies en harmonisant notamment les règles d'audit et d'éligibilité des coûts pour simplifier la mise en œuvre par les bénéficiaires;

Is of the opinion that the EU’s various instruments for cohesion, research and innovation should be implemented in an integrated manner with a view to ensuring their effectiveness; emphasises the need to seek synergies between these instruments and to eliminate obstacles to such synergies, in particular by harmonising the rules on audits and eligibility of costs in order to simplify implementation by beneficiaries;

35. demande à la Commission d'améliorer l'interopérabilité juridique des services sur l'internet en développant des modèles de licences et d'autres solutions juridiques compatibles avec les ordres juridiques au sein desquels le droit privé n'a pas été harmonisé, notamment en ce qui concerne l'indemnisation volontaire des brevets des normes en ligne internationales, et de diffuser les instruments européens existants en matière d'interopérabilité juridique afin de réduire les coûts des transactions et l'incertitude juridique des fournisseurs en ligne;
35. Calls on the Commission to improve the legal interoperability of Internet services through the development of model licences and other legal solutions compatible with jurisdictions where private law has not been harmonised, in particular for voluntary patent indemnification of international online standards, and to propagate existing European deliverables for legal interoperability as a means of reducing transaction costs and legal uncertainty for online providers;
