Par conséquent, il y a lieu de remplacer la décision d'inscrire MM. Abdrabbah, Al-Faqih et Nasuf sur la liste par une nouvelle décision, arrêtée conformément à l'article 7 bis, paragraphe 1, du règlement (CE) no 881/2002, afin d'assurer la cohérence avec la décision du Comité des sanctions des Nations unies, compte tenu des objectifs du gel des fonds et des ressources économiques imposé par ledit règlement.
In view of this, the listing decision concerning Mr Abdrabbah, Mr Al-Faqih and Mr Nasuf should therefore be replaced by a new decision made pursuant to Article 7a(1) of Regulation (EC) No 881/2002, in order to ensure consistency with the decision of the United Nations Sanctions Committee and taking into account the objectives of the freezing of funds and economic resources under Regulation (EC) No 881/2002.
