Les mesures d'incitation similaires adoptées aux États-Unis en 1997 et modifiées récemment par la loi "Best Pharmaceuticals for Children Act" signée par le président Bush en janvier de cette année, ont déjà abouti à la réalisation de plus de 400 études et à la modification d'une bonne vingtaine de médicaments, reflétant ainsi une meilleure information sur l'utilisation spécifique chez les enfants.
Similar incentive measures enacted in the US in 1997 and recently revisited as the "Best Pharmaceuticals for Children Act" signed by President Bush in January of this year have already led to the performance of over 400 studies and changes to more than 20 medicines reflecting better information on specific use in children.
