The terms and conditions of Switzerland's participation in the implementation of Pillar I of Horizon 2020 and actions under the specific objective ‘Spreading excellence and widening participation’, the Euratom Programme 2014-2018 and in the activities carried out by the European Joint Undertaking for ITER and the Development of Fusion for Energy (hereinafter ‘Fusion for Energy’) for 2014-2020 shall be as laid down in this Agreement.

L’accord d’aujourd’hui devra être ratifié par le Parlement ukrainien pour entrer en vigueur, mais des entités juridiques ukrainiennes peuvent d’ores et déjà participer à toutes les actions d’Horizon 2020 financées sur le budget 2015, puisque l’association du pays au programme couvre les années 2015‑2020.
Today's agreement will need to be ratified by the Ukrainian Parliament to enter into force, but Ukrainian legal entities can already participate in all Horizon 2020 actions funded under the 2015 budget, as this association covers the years 2015-2020.
