119. est d'avis qu'un tel rapport d'audit présenterait aussi un grand intérêt à la fin de la période de programmation 2007-2013, car il permettrait de tirer des conclusions plus poussées sur les performances des instruments financiers en faveur des petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) cofinancés par le FEDER; estime en outre que la rédaction d'un tel rapport à la fin de cette période permettra d'éviter de répéter les erreurs commises et, ainsi, d'augmenter l'efficacité et l'efficience des futures mesures d'ingénierie financière cofinancées par le FEDER;

Is of the opinion that such an audit report would be of great value also at the end of the 2007 - 2013 programming period, enabling further conclusions regarding performance of financial instruments (FIs) for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) co-financed by the ERDF; considers also that the drafting of such a report at the end of that period will make it possible to avoid repeating errors, while at the same time increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of future financial engineering measures co-funded by the ERDF;
