I think when people understand where we came from in 1987, and how far we've come over the past 10 years, in putting in place a process that is regularized and one in which there is a higher degree of transparency— I'm not going to pretend here that members of the public can go to these committees and listen in on the committee's deliberations, because we all treat confidentiality as a key component of those committees and the work they do when someone applies.
