Regulation (EU) No 576/2013 also provides that dogs, cats and ferrets are not to be moved into a Member State from a territory or a third country other than those listed in an Annex to this Regulation unless they have undergone a rabies antibody titration test that complies with the validity requirements set out in Annex IV to Regulation (EU) No 576/2013.
