I happen to be the chairman of the Canada-Taiwan Parliamentary Friendship Group, the largest single group of MPs and senators on Parliament Hill, and I know the report that I tabled in the House spoke of the benefits to international trade with Taiwan; of the investment in Canada because of the visitors and the visas and the immigrants to Canada from Taiwan; about developing our relationships, about dealing with improving our trade office there because it is so far out of step with what the U.K., France, the U.S. and Germany have there; and about a whole host of things.
