Nous regrettons que la proposition de résolution qui nous est soumise soit finalement en retrait par rapport à l'exposé des motifs qu'il avait rédigé, et c'est la raison pour laquelle nous avons cru opportun d'introduire quelques amendements afin de renforcer le message politique que l'on pourrait donner au rapport.
