In any event, in terms of the advertising campaign, this is in response to one of the recommendations of the Standing Committee on Citizenship and Immigration, the report on consultants, which said we had to have better public information campaigns to make people aware — sort of caveat emptor — about the risks of using unscrupulous or unregistered immigration consultants.
