The Conference was co-chaired by the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy/Vice-President of the European Commission, Federica Mogherini and the Commissioner for International Cooperation and Development, Neven Mimica, on behalf of the European Union, and, on behalf of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Salahuddin Rabbani, and the Minister of Finance, Eklil Ahmad Hakimi.

20. se félicite que la Cinquième conférence internationale des ministres et hauts fonctionnaires responsables des secteurs de l'éducation physique et du sport (MINEPS) abordera la question de l'intégrité dans le sport et la lutte contre le trucage des matchs, et estime qu'elle est un forum approprié pour répondre à la nécessité d'un organisme mondial consacré au trucage des matchs, au sein duquel tous les acteurs pertinents peuvent se rencontrer, échanger des informations, coordonner leur action et promouvoir des concepts de bonne gouvernance;
