A message was brought from the House of Commons with a Bill C-2, An Act to implement the Free Trade Agreement between Canada and the States of the European Free Trade Association (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland), the Agreement on Agriculture between Canada and the Republic of Iceland, the Agreement on Agriculture between Canada and the Kingdom of Norway and the Agreement on Agriculture between Canada and the Swiss Confederation, to which it desires the concurrence of the Senate.

Le projet de loi C-2 : Loi portant mise en œuvre de l’accord de libre-échange entre le Canada et les États de l’Association européenne de libre-échange (Islande, Liechtenstein, Norvège et Suisse), de l’Accord sur l’agriculture entre le Canada et la République d’Islande, de l’Accord sur l’agriculture entre le Canada et le Royaume de Norvège et de l’Accord sur l’agriculture entre le Canada et la Confédération suisse, a été déposé le 1er décembre 2008 à la Chambre des communes par l’honorable Stockwell Day, député et ministre du Commerce international et ministre de la porte d’entrée de l’Asie-Pacifique.
Bill C-2, An Act to implement the Free Trade Agreement between Canada and the States of the European Free Trade Association (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland), the Agreement on Agriculture between Canada and the Republic of Iceland, the Agreement on Agriculture between Canada and the Kingdom of Norway and the Agreement on Agriculture between Canada and the Swiss Confederation, was introduced in the House of Commons by the Honourable Stockwell Day, MP, Minister of International Trade and Minister for the Asia‑Pacific Gateway, on 1 December 2008.
