10. réaffirme son soutien à la souveraineté et à l'intégrité territoriale de la Géorgie et invite l'Union européenne à veiller à ce que l'accord soit applicable et profitable à l'ensemble du territoire géorgien tel que reconnu par la communauté internationale; demande, à cet égard, à l'Union de continuer à s'engager activement dans la résolution de conflits, par l'intermédiaire du représentant spécial de l'Union européenne pour le Caucase du Sud et la crise en Géorgie, par la coprésidence des pourparlers de Genève et par l'intermédiaire de la mission d'observation de l'Union européenne (EUMM); réclame davantage de mesures décisives pour la révision des obstacles juridiques relatifs aux territoires occupés afin d'optimiser les retombées de l'accord et de la création de la zone de libre-échange libre et approfondi;
10. Reaffirms its support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Georgia and calls for the applicability and benefits of the Agreement to the entire internationally recognised territory of Georgia to be ensured; calls, in this connection, for the EU to continue to engage actively in conflict resolution, through the EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Crisis in Georgia, co-chairing the Geneva Talks, and through the EU Monitoring Mission (EUMM); encourages more decisive efforts as regards the revision of the restrictive aspects of the law on occupied territories in order to maximise the benefits of the Agreement and the DCFTA;

néanmoins, lorsqu'un produit agricole ou une denrée alimentaire présente des caractéristiques particulières qui sont liées à son origine géographique, il est possible à ses fabricants de demander, par l'intermédiaire des autorités compétentes de l'État membre concerné, l'enregistrement au niveau communautaire d'une appellation d'origine protégée (AOP) ou d'une indication géographique protégée (IGP) conformément aux dispositions du règlement (CEE) no 510/2006 du Conseil du 20 mars 2006 relatif à la protection des indications géographiques et des appellations d'origine des produits agricoles et des denrées alimentaires . L'octroi de l'enregistrement signifie que la Communauté a reconnu l'existence de liens très étroits entre les qualités spécifiques du produit considéré et son origine géographique. nevertheless, where an agricultural or other product or a foodstuff possesses particular characteristics which are due to its geographical origin, it is possible for the producers of the product or foodstuff to apply, through the competent authorities of the Member State concerned, for registration at Community level of a protected designation of origin (PDO) or a protected geographical indication (PGI) in accordance with the provisions of Council Regulation No 510/2006 of 20 March 2006 on the protection of geographical indications and designations of origin for agricultural products and foodstuffs ; the granting of registration means that the Community has recognised the existence of very close links between the specific qualities of the product concerned and its geographical origin; in such cases, the common interest does not oppose the granting of aid for advertising which includes a reference to the origin of the product concerned, provided that the references to origin correspond exactly to those references which have been registered by the Community; similar considerations apply to other designations of origin which are protected under Community legislation, for example wines produced in specified regions in accordance with Articles 54–58 of Council Regulation (EC) No 1493/1999 of 17 May on the common organisation of the market in wine

77. se félicite des mesures prises par la BEI en réponse aux demandes du Parlement en vue d'une plus grande transparence, avec la publication de chaque nouveau prêt sur le site web de la BEI avant l'approbation du conseil d'administration, en dressant sur ce site la liste de tout intermédiaire financier bénéficiant d'une aide de la BEI (y compris ses coordonnées), et en y demandant aux intermédiaires de la BEI pour les prêts aux petites et moyennes entreprises de créer sur leur site internet une page consacrée à leurs produits destinée à la communauté des PME;
77. Welcomes the steps taken by the EIB in response to Parliament's calls for more transparency in the form of the publication of each new loan on the EIB website in advance of approval by the Board, listing each financial intermediary that benefits from an EIB on the EIB website (including contact information), and requesting EIB small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) loan intermediaries to implement a dedicated product page on their web site for the SME community;

Nonobstant le paragraphe 1, lorsque les produits ne sont pas directement importés du pays d’origine, mais sont exportés vers la Communauté en transitant par un pays intermédiaire, les dispositions du présent règlement sont intégralement applicables, et la ou les transactions sont, le cas échéant, considérées comme ayant été effectuées entre le pays d’origine et la Communauté.

Notwithstanding paragraph 1, where products are not directly imported from the country of origin but are exported to the Community from an intermediate country, the provisions of this Regulation shall be fully applicable and the transaction or transactions shall, where appropriate, be regarded as having taken place between the country of origin and the Community.
