TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

En acceptant que soit repris à l'article 5, paragraphe 2, point a), de l'annexe V le texte de l'article 9, paragraphe 2, point a), de la deuxième convention ACP-CEE, la Communauté maintient l'interprétation qui avait été donnée de ce texte, à savoir que les États ACP accordent à la Communauté un traitement non moins favorable que celui qu'ils accordent à des États développés dans le cadre d'accords portant sur les échanges commerciaux, pour autant que ces États n'accordent pas aux États ACP des préférences plus larges que celles accordées par la Communauté.
While agreeing to the reproduction of the text of Article 9(2)(a) of the Second ACP-EEC Convention in Article 5(2)(a) of Annex V, the Community reaffirms the interpretation of that text, namely that the ACP States shall grant to the Community treatment no less favourable than that which they grant to developed States under trade agreements where those States do not grant the ACP States greater preferences than those granted by the Community.
