( 4) By Decision No 912/2009/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council , the Community decided to make a financial contribution to the European Metrology Research Programme (the ‘EMRP’) matching that of the Participating States but not exceeding EUR 200 000 000, for the duration of the Seventh Framework Programme of the European Community for research, technological development and demonstration activities (2007-2013) established by Decision No 1982/2006/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council .

(4) Par la décision n° 743/2008/CE du Parlement européen et du Conseil , la Communauté a décidé d'apporter une contribution financière à Eurostars, un programme commun de recherche et développement entrepris par tous les États membres et cinq pays participants dans le cadre d'Eureka, une initiative intergouvernementale établie en 1985 dont le but est d'encourager la coopération dans le domaine de la recherche industrielle (ci-après dénommé «Eurostars»).
(4) By Decision No 743/2008/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council , the Community decided to make a financial contribution to Eurostars, a joint research and development programme undertaken by all Member States and five participating countries in the framework of Eureka, an intergovernmental initiative established in 1985 with the objective of promoting cooperation in industrial research (‘Eurostars’).

Néanmoins, si la Communauté décide d'étendre cette durée sans apporter de changement substantiel au programme, la présente décision peut également être étendue en conséquence et automatiquement, dès lors qu'aucune partie ne la dénonce.
Nevertheless, should the Community decide to extend the duration without any substantial change within the Programme, this Decision would also be extended correspondingly and automatically if no Party denounces it.

Si les États ACP producteurs de bananes décident de créer une organisation commune en vue de réaliser ces objectifs, la Communauté apporte son soutien à une telle organisation en prenant en considération les demandes qui lui sont présentées en vue d'appuyer les activités de cette organisation qui entrent dans le cadre des actions régionales au titre de la coopération pour le financement du développement.
Should the banana-producing ACP States decide to set up a joint organisation for the purpose of attaining the objectives, the Community shall support such an organisation and shall give consideration to any requests it may receive for support for the organisation's activities which fall within the scope of regional schemes under the heading of development finance co-operation.
