Une nouvelle initiative communautaire, l’Institut européen d’innovation et de technologie, ci-après dénommé «l’EIT», devrait être mise en œuvre pour compléter les politiques et initiatives communautaires et nationales existantes en favorisant l’intégration du triangle de la connaissance (enseignement supérieur, recherche et innovation) dans toute l’Union européenne.
A new initiative at Community level, the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (hereinafter referred to as the EIT) should be established to complement existing Community and national policies and initiatives by fostering the integration of the knowledge triangle — higher education, research and innovation — across the European Union.

1. Lorsque l'industrie communautaire ou toute autre partie intéressée fournit, normalement dans les deux ans à compter de l'entrée en vigueur des mesures, des renseignements suffisants indiquant que les prix à l'exportation ont diminué après la période initiale d'enquête et avant ou après l'institution des mesures ou que les mesures n'ont pas entraîné une modification ou n'ont entraîné qu'une modification insuffisante des prix de revente ou des prix de vente ultérieurs dans la Communauté, l'enquête peut, après consultations, être rouverte afin d'examiner si la mesure a eu des effets sur les prix susvisés.
1. Where the Community industry or any other interested party submit, normally within two years from the entry into force of the measures, sufficient information showing that, after the original investigation period and prior to or following the imposition of measures, export prices have decreased or that there has been no movement, or insufficient movement in the resale prices or subsequent selling prices of the imported product in the Community, the investigation may, after consultation, be reopened to examine whether the measure has had effects on the abovementioned prices.

Following the imposition of the provisional measures, one exporting producer questioned the injurious situation of the Community industry by pointing out that the production capacity of the Community industry has increased during the period considered, the development of stocks after 2001 cannot be regarded as a sign of injury but a sign of improvement of the Community industry, the sales price of the hand pallet trucks sold by the Community producers and their market share remained stable in 2003 and during the IP, the profitability of the Community industry increased between 2000 and 2001, the level of investments of the Community industry has more than doubled indicating that it had no problem to raise capital and the stability of wages must be perceived as a positive indicator.

To that end, each institution of the European Community and of the European Atomic Energy Community, as well as the European Economic and Social Committee, the Committee of Regions, agencies and similar bodies set up by the legislator (hereinafter referred to as the institutions) shall establish its historical archives and open them to the public on the terms provided for by this Regulation after the expiry of a period of 30 years starting from the date of the creation of the document.

Les institutions et organes créés par les traités instituant les Communautés européennes ou sur la base de ces traités, ci-après dénommés "institutions et organes communautaires", assurent, conformément au présent règlement, la protection des libertés et droits fondamentaux des personnes physiques, notamment de leur vie privée, à l'égard du traitement des données à caractère personnel et ne restreignent ni n'interdisent la libre circulation des données à caractère personnel entre eux ou vers des destinataires relevant de la législation nationale des États membres adoptée en application de la directive 95/46/CE.

In accordance with this Regulation, the institutions and bodies set up by, or on the basis of, the Treaties establishing the European Communities, hereinafter referred to as "Community institutions or bodies", shall protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of natural persons, and in particular their right to privacy with respect to the processing of personal data and shall neither restrict nor prohibit the free flow of personal data between themselves or to recipients subject to the national law of the Member States implementing Directive 95/46/EC.
