33. est satisfait des modifications apportées à la loi CLXI de 2011 sur l'organisation et l'administration des tribunaux hongrois et à la loi CLXII de 2011 sur le statut juridique et la rémunération des juges hongrois, adoptées par le parlement hongrois le 2 juillet 2012, qui répondent à bon nombre des préoccupations exprimées par le Parlement européen dans sa résolution du 16 février 2012 et par la commission de Venise dans son avis;

Welcomes the amendments to Act CLXI of 2011 on the organisation and administration of courts of Hungary and Act CLXII of 2011 on the legal status and remuneration of judges of Hungary, adopted by the Hungarian Parliament on 2 July 2012, which address many of the concerns expressed in the European Parliament’s resolution of 16 February 2012 and by the Venice Commission in its opinion;

AW. considérant que le 2 juillet 2012, la Hongrie a modifié les lois cardinales sur le pouvoir judiciaire (loi CLXI de 2011 sur l'organisation et l'administration des tribunaux et loi CLXII de 2011 sur le statut juridique et la rémunération des juges), appliquant ainsi partiellement les recommandations de la commission de Venise;
AW. whereas on 2 July 2012 Hungary amended the cardinal laws on the judiciary (Act CLXI of 2011 on the Organisation and Administration of Courts and Act CLXII of 2011 on the Legal Status and Remuneration of Judges), partly implementing the recommendations of the Venice Commission;

It is for the Council to determine the salaries, allowances and pensions of EU high-level public office holders (‘public office holders’), including the President of the European Council , the President and members of the Commission , the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy , the Presidents, Judges, Advocates-General and Registrars of the Court of Justice of the European Union , the President and members of the Court of Auditors , and the Secretary-General of the Council , together with any payment to be made instead of remuneration.
