Cette évaluation ex post vise à mesurer les effets des interventions sur les personnes (bénéficiaires finals de ces actions) comme sur les systèmes (y compris les bénéficiaires indirects) dans les différents États membres et, dans la mesure du possible, à déterminer l'appréciation communautaire de ces interventions.
This ex-post evaluation aims to measure the effects of the assistance on people (final beneficiaries of these actions) as well as on systems (including indirect recipients) in the various Member States and, as far as possible, to identify the Community appreciation of these items.
