C'est donc en raison de cette expertise développée par le Conseil canadien portant sur l'évaluation des services de santé que le groupe de travail mis sur pied par le Comité consultatif fédéral-provincial-territorial sur les services de santé a demandé au Conseil canadien de participer aux travaux visant à élaborer et à implanter un programme fédéral-provincial de dons d'organes et de transplantations. Vous trouverez à la page 7 la description sommaire de ce comité de coordination ainsi que sa mission, qui a été élaborée par ce groupe de travail.
In light of the CCHSA's experience in assessing health services, the working group set up by the FPT Advisory Committee on Health Services asked the CCHSA to be involved in the development and implementation of a federal-provincial organ donation and transplantation program. a brief description of the proposed national steering/coordination committee along with its mission established by the working group is found on page 7 of the handout.

Tout en étant conscient des difficultés liées à la situation géographique de la région, qui limitent également les relations bilatérales structurées, le CESE estime en particulier qu'il serait utile de créer un réseau et un comité mixte au niveau territorial, à celui des différents pays et si possible de toute la région.
Being aware of the difficulties associated with the region's geographical location, which also restrict structured bilateral relations, the EESC considers that it would be particularly useful to set up a network and a joint committee at the local and national level and, ideally, at the level of the entire region.

4. By 31 December 2022, the Commission shall evaluate ex-post the impact and Union added value of the Programme and shall forward a report containing that evaluation to the European Parliament, the Council, the European Economic and Social Committee and the Committee of the Regions.

2. La Commission présente au Parlement européen, au Conseil, au Comité économique et social européen et au Comité des régions un rapport d’évaluation intérimaire le 31 décembre 2012 au plus tard et un rapport d’évaluation ex post le 31 décembre 2015 au plus tard.

constate avec satisfaction que la République de Moldavie a récemment achevé son processus de création d'un cadre juridique et institutionnel pour le développement régional, similaire à celui qui existe dans les États membres de l'UE. Le Comité se félicite de la création des régions de développement, soit des unités territoriales fonctionnelles qui constituent le cadre de planification, d'évaluation et de mise en œuvre de la politique de développement régional s'inscrivant dans la Nomenclature des unités territoriales statistiques de l'UE (NUTS). Il salue la constitution du Conseil national de coordination du développement régional et le Fonds national pour le développement régional, qui reçoivent comme dotation annuelle 1 % des recettes du budget de l'État (environ 8 millions d'euros en 2010). Il souligne également l'importance de la distribution des sources de financement du fonds, laquelle repose sur un mécanisme transparent et durable de financement du développement régional;

(4) Whereas the Scientific Steering Committee adopted an opinion on safety of gleatine on 26 and 27 March 1998 which was updated on 18 and 19 February 1999; whereas this opinion addresses the questions under which conditions of sourcing of the material and/or of type of material used and/or production process gelatine destined for human consumption can be considered free of bovine spongiform encephalapathy (BSE) infectivity; whereas in this opinion, the Scientific Steering Committee distinguishes the recommended measures between different categories of geographical risk; whereas a final implementation can only follow after classification of countries and regions; whereas on 21 May 1999, at the general session of the International Office of Epizootics (IOE) Committee, a proposal of the IOE International Animal health Code Commission concerning the criteria for the determination of the BSE status of a country or zone was adopted; whereas in accordance to the procedure laid down in Commission Recommendation 98/477/EC(6), concerning information necessary to support applications for the evaluation of the epidemiological status of countries with respect to transmissible spongiform encephalopathies, certain Member States and third countries submitted data necessary to allow assessment of their geographical risk; whereas, considering recent development of the IOE Code on BSE, pending the above scientific assessment and the subsequent decision making, the entry into force of rules for the production of gelatine derived from ruminant bones should be suspended until Community legislation concerning classification of countries or regions as regards their BSE status is applicable; whereas the Commission will initiate the procedure for the entry into force of rules for the production of gelatine derived from ruminant bones without delay after the adoption of Community legislation concerning classification of countries or regions as regards their BSE status;
