Given that, as I understand, we have a freeze in terms of cost recovery for a period of time, and that there has been a further extension of 30 days to the gazetting of the matter of medicated feeds and how we regulate that on farm feed production; given that we're going to have to inspect these operations; and given that there will have to be a lot of bodies to do that and certainly a lot of on-farm cooperation for that to happen, I would like to ask the ministers what the cost of that is going to be, and how have we triggered that into the whole operations of cost recovery?
