54. demande aux États membres d'exhorter collectivement l'Égypte, lors de la prochaine session du CDH, à libérer immédiatement et sans conditions toutes les personnes détenues pour avoir exercé pacifiquement leurs droits à la liberté d'expression, de réunion et d'association, ainsi qu'à garantir l'indépendance de la justice; exige également que le gouvernement égyptien adopte une législation conforme aux normes internationales et garantisse le droit d'association consacré dans la Constitution égyptienne, y compris le droit de recevoir et de distribuer des financements, et qu'il abroge la loi anti-manifestations de novembre 2013 et adopte une nouvelle législation qui garantisse la liberté de réunion; exhorte le gouvernement égyptien à ouvrir un enquête judiciaire pour déterminer l'identité des commanditaires et des auteurs des exécutions arbitraires qui ont eu lieu au cours de la répression des manifestations, dans une large mesure pacifiques, organisées depuis le 3 juillet 2013, y compris la dispersion des manifestants le 14 août 2014 sur les places Raba et Nahda, opérations au cours desquelles au moins 1 000 manifestants ont été tués;
54. Calls on the Member States to collectively urge Egypt during the forthcoming UNHRC session to immediately and unconditionally release all those detained for peacefully exercising their rights to freedom of expression, assembly and association and to guarantee the independence of the judiciary; demands, also, that the Government of Egypt enact legislation in line with international standards and safeguard the right to association enshrined in the Egyptian Constitution, including the right to receive and dispense funding, and that it revoke the Protest Law of November 2013 and introduce new legislation that would guarantee freedom of assembly; urges the government to open a judicial investigation to determine the identity of those responsible for ordering and carrying out unlawful killings in the course of suppression of the mainly peaceful demonstrations since 3 July 2013, including the Raba’a and Nahda Square dispersals of 14 August 2013, in which at least 1 000 protesters were killed;
