TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

30. estime que l'introduction de la procédure législative ordinaire dans le domaine de la politique agricole commune (PAC) accroît la responsabilité démocratique de l'Union, dans la mesure où le Parlement européen colégiférera sur pied d'égalité avec le Conseil; souligne que la codécision s'appliquera à tous les actes législatifs du domaine de l'agriculture au titre de l'article 43, paragraphe 2, du TFUE, et que relèveront notamment de cette catégorie les quatre textes horizontaux principaux dans ce domaine (l'organisation commune de marché unique, le règlement sur les paiements directs, le règlement sur le développement rural et le financement de la PAC); fait remarquer, par ailleurs, que la législation sur la qualité, l'agriculture biologique et la promotion relèvera également du champ d'application de l'article 43, paragraphe 2, du TFUE;

Believes that the introduction of the ordinary legislative procedure in the field of the common agricultural policy (CAP) improves the democratic accountability of the European Union, inasmuch as Parliament will be co-legislating on an equal footing with the Council; emphasises that codecision will apply to all legislation in the field of agriculture under Article 43(2) of the TFEU, and that this will notably be the case in respect of the four main horizontal texts in the field of agriculture (the single common market organisation, the direct payments regulation, the rural development regulation and financing of the CAP); points out, moreover, that legislation on quality, organic farming and promotion will also fall within the scope of Article 43(2) of the TFEU;

40. se félicite que la codécision s'appliquera désormais au statut des fonctionnaires de l'Union (article 336 du TFUE), dans la mesure où cette disposition permettra au Parlement de participer, à égalité avec le Conseil, à l'adaptation de ce statut;

La codécision s’appliquera aux prochaines propositions suite à l'adoption de la Directive du Conseil relative à des normes minimales concernant la procédure d’octroi ou de retrait du statut de réfugié dans les Etats membres a été agrée en avril 2004 L’adoption formelle suivra la reconsultation du PE (notamment sur le problème des "pays sûrs")prévue pour la fin de l'année 2004) et la Directive devrait être adoptée avant la Décision art. 67. Cette dernière indiquerait dans les "considérants" que toute future modification des principes prévus par l'art. 63, 1a,b,c d et et 63,2a SERAIT EN CODECISION.
Codecision will apply to the next proposals, as the adoption of the Council directive on minimum standards on procedures in Member States for granting and withdrawing refugee status was agreed in April 2004. Its formal adoption will follow the renewed consultation of the EP (particularly regarding the problem of 'safe countries') scheduled for the end of 2004 and the directive should be adopted before the Art. 67 decision. The recitals in the directive would indicate that any future amendment of the principles laid down in Art. 63, (1)a,b,c d and 63,(2)a WOULD BE SUBJECT TO CODECISION.

Une réflexion devra également être entamée sur le rôle accru qu'aurait le Parlement dans le processus législatif, en particulier par le biais de la procédure de codécision qui s'appliquera à une proportion substantielle des textes législatifs.
These include a joint effort by the Member States and the Commission to improve the conditions for economic convergence; preliminary arrangements for Parliament's increased role in the legislative process, following introduction of the co-decision procedure, which will apply to a substantial proportion of legislation.
