La validité d'un tel choix serait alors soumise à la condition que le professionnel rapporte la preuve que le consommateur a fait un choix éclairé après avoir été préalablement informé de tous les droits et obligations résultant pour lui de l'application de cette loi (droit de rétractation, échange du produit, durée et conditions de la garantie, etc.).
