Enfin, le Vice-Président Marin a proposé l'examen de 3 types d'opérations possibles dans le domaine humanitaire, dans les termes suivants : "Je voudrais donc proposer, au nom de la Commission, que soient étudiés : - les mesures à prendre en vue d'assurer le libre passage des secours vers la Bosnie-Herzégovine; - la possibilité de création de zones de sécurité, en premier lieu en Bosnie-Herzégovine, qui doit forcément aller de pair avec des mesures qui assurent la liberté d'accès à ces zones; - le principe et les modalités d'un appui financier à certains pays d'accueil de l'ex-Yougoslavie.
