► This reform will require in particular: 1) the preparation of simple explanatory booklets for which the Commission will endeavour to assist the Regional Advisory Councils to play a supervisory role in this connection; 2) prior evaluations of administrative procedures developed by the Member States regarding monitoring, surveillance and inspection; 3) the drawing up of Commission recommendations and/or codes of practice, mainly to facilitate uniformity in the practice of monitoring between Member States; 4) increased use of dataprocessing, IT and automation (see Sheet 5); 5) greater consistency of international and Community obligations and also between the various rules of the CFP.

In implementing its mission, the JRC will endeavour to co-ordinate RTD activities carried out in the Member States.

Ainsi, dans le contexte actuel de restriction budgétaire, le CCR s'efforcera au minimum de doubler le nombre d'END au cours des deux prochaines années et d'améliorer la sensibilisation aux instruments disponibles (site Web, journées d'information, présentation aux partenaires de réseaux, etc.).
For example, within the current budgetary constraints, the JRC will aim to at least double the number of DNE over the next two years and will promote greater awareness of available instruments (e.g. website, information days, presentation to network partners).

Dans le cadre de l'espace européen de la recherche, le CCR s'efforcera de contribuer à la formation des jeunes chercheurs, notamment en provenance des pays candidats, en vue d'attirer un flux constant de scientifiques jeunes et dynamiques, qui lui permettra de renouveler en permanence sa vitalité intellectuelle.
In the context of the European Research Area the JRC will aim to contribute to providing research training to young scientists, including those from candidate countries, with a view to attracting a permanent inflow of young and dynamic researchers, thus constantly rejuvenating its intellectual vitality.
