(a) Le cas de l'existence d'incompatibilités de droit communautaire (comme par exemple le double mandat parlementaire): l'obligation de respecter les dispositions de l'article 7 de l'Acte de 1976 impose au Parlement de prendre, dès la séance constitutive, une décision en ce qui concerne la subsistance de causes d'incompatibilité manifestes et/ou notoires.
(a) Existence of incompatibilities under Community law (e.g. dual parliamentary mandate): the need to comply with the provisions of Article 7 of the 1976 Act means that Parliament has to rule on the existence of any clear and/or commonly known cases of incompatibility at its constituent sitting.
