If this committee were to recommend the motion and if the Senate were to pass it, and if Internal Economy were, as is set out in the motion, to proceed with these arrangements, in about three years from now, which is I think about how long it would take, a person sitting in Pouce Coupe or Burlington today could go to their computer and not very long after that to their television set, call up the Senate channel, or whatever it would be called, on which there would be a menu, and they would be able to select, let us say Bill C-6, in which there happens to be a lot of interest at the moment.
