Chaque État membre met en place un “bureau Sirene” national, conformément à l'article 7, paragraphe 2, commun aux instruments juridiques relatifs au SIS II. Pleinement opérationnel 24 heures sur 24 et 7 jours sur 7, ce bureau sert de point de contact unique aux États membres pour l'échange des informations supplémentaires concernant l'introduction de signalements et pour permettre d'adopter des mesures appropriées lorsque des personnes et des objets ont été enregistrés dans le SIS II et sont trouvés à la suite d'une réponse positive.
A national “Sirene Bureau” shall be set up by each of the Member States in accordance with common Article 7(2) of the SIS II legal instruments. It shall serve as a single contact point for the Member States, fully operational on 24/7 basis, for the purpose of exchanging supplementary information in connection with the entry of alerts and for allowing the appropriate action to be taken in cases where persons and objects have been entered in SIS II and are found as a result of a hit.

8. soutient les efforts de l'Union visant à aider l'Iraq dans sa promotion de la démocratie, des droits de l'homme, de la bonne gouvernance et de l'état de droit, notamment en s'appuyant sur les expériences et les réussites de la mission EUJUST-LEX en Iraq, dont le mandat s'est malheureusement achevé le 31 décembre 2013, conjointement aux efforts de la MANUI et du représentant spécial du secrétaire général des Nations unies visant à aider le gouvernement iraquien à renforcer ses institutions et ses processus démocratiques, à promouvoir l'état de droit, à encourager le dialogue régional, à améliorer la fourniture des services de base et à assurer la protection des droits de l'homme; se déclare favorable au programme de renforcement des capacités lancé le 22 janvier 2014 – financé par l'Union européenne et mis en œuvre par le Bureau des Nations unies pour les services d'appui aux projets – dont le but est d'appuyer la Haute commission iraquienne des droits de l'homme dans l'exercice de son mandat de promotion et de protection des droits de l'homme en Iraq;
8. Supports the EU’s efforts to assist Iraq in promoting democracy, human rights, good governance and the rule of law, including by building on the experiences and achievements of the EUJUST LEX-Iraq mission, which – regrettably – completed its mandate on 31 December 2013, along with the efforts of UNAMI and of the Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General to assist the Government of Iraq in strengthening its democratic institutions and processes, promoting the rule of law, facilitating regional dialogue, improving the provision of basic services and ensuring the protection of human rights; welcomes the capacity-building programme launched on 22 January 2014 – funded by the EU and implemented by the UN Office for Project Services – to support the Iraqi High Commission for Human Rights in implementing its mandate to promote and protect human rights in Iraq;

20. prend acte de la récente décision du Conseil d'administration du PNUD, du Fonds des Nations unies pour la population (FNUAP) et du Bureau des Nations unies pour les services d'appui aux projets (UNOPS), adoptée lors de leur session annuelle 2011 (du 6 au 17 juin 2011), d'octroyer aux organisations donatrices intergouvernementales telles que les institutions de l'Union, les mêmes droits d'accès aux rapports d'audit interne que ceux dont bénéficient les États membres des Nations unies; estime cependant que des progrès doivent encore être réalisés afin d'améliorer les rapports sur l'utilisation des fonds de l'Union en fournissant des informations davantage axées sur les résultats que sur les actions; prie instamment la Commission d'inviter d'autres organisations des Nations unies à adopter la même politique que le PNUD, le FNUAP et l'UNOPS; constate avec satisfaction que le Fonds des Nations unies pour l'enfance (UNICEF) a pris la décision de leur emboîter le pas;
20. Notes the recent decision of the Executive Board of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS), adopted at its 2011 annual sessions (6 to 17 June 2011), to grant intergovernmental donor organisations such as the institutions of the European Union similar rights to access internal audit reports as are granted to UN Member States; believes, however, that further progress is needed in order to improve reporting on the use of EU funds by providing information about results rather than actions; urges the Commission, furthermore, to invite other UN agencies to adopt the same policy as UNDP, UNFPA and UNOPS; notes with satisfaction that the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) has taken a decision to follow suit;
