Il convient donc de tenir compte des exigences techniques et des procédures administratives arrêtées sous l’égide de l’Organisation de l’aviation civile internationale (ci-après l’«OACI») et des autorités conjointes de l’aviation (JAA ‒ «Joint Aviation Authorities») européennes jusqu’au 30 juin 2009, ainsi que de la législation en vigueur relative à certaines spécificités nationales.
