MISCELLANEOUS DECISIONS FISHERIES The Council adopted the Regulations: - authorizing Estonian fishing vessels to exploit the quotas allocated to them in Community waters for 1993, in accordance with the reciprocal arrangements in force, and allocating catch quotas between Member States for vessels fishing in Estonian waters in the same year; - increasing fishing possibilities for 1993 under Regulation No 3919/92: . in view of the completion of the arrangements concluded with Estonia for 1993; . in view of the increased access to Norwegian waters granted to Community fishermen in accordance with the arrangements concluded with Norway; . in order to increase current TACs for sprat in the North Sea, sole in the Skagerrak and the Kattegat and Norway lobster to the west of Scotland; . in order to implement an exchange of quotas with Sweden in the Skagerrak and the Kattegat.
