Le 14 août 2014, la Commission européenne (ci-après la «Commission») a annoncé, par un avis publié au Journal officiel de l'Union européenne (2) (ci-après l'«avis d'ouverture»), l'ouverture d'une procédure antisubventions concernant les importations dans l'Union de produits plats laminés à froid en aciers inoxydables originaires de la République populaire de Chine (ci-après la «procédure antisubventions»).
On 14 August 2014 the European Commission (‘the Commission’) announced by a notice published in the Official Journal of the European Union (2) (‘the Notice of initiation’), the initiation of an anti-subsidy proceeding with regard to imports into the Union of stainless steel cold-rolled flat products originating in the People's Republic of China (‘the anti-subsidy proceeding’).

La procédure antisubventions a été ouverte à la suite d'une plainte déposée le 1er juillet 2014 par Eurofer (ci-après le «plaignant») au nom de producteurs de l'Union représentant plus de 25 % de la production totale de produits plats laminés à froid en aciers inoxydables réalisée dans l'Union.
The anti-subsidy proceeding was initiated following a complaint lodged on 1 July 2014 by Eurofer (‘the complainant’) on behalf of Union producers representing more than 25 % of the total Union production of stainless steel cold-rolled flat products.
